Dr. Russell is a licensed psychologist who provides neurodiversity-affirming therapy for autistic and ADHD children, adolescents, adults, and the loved ones who support them. She has particular expertise in working with individuals who are late diagnosed, high masking, or questioning whether neurodivergence may help explain lifelong patterns in their experiences. Dr. Russell also enjoys working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, questioning whether you're neurodivergent, or have spent years masking your way through life, therapy can provide space to better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, make sense of longstanding challenges, and build a more sustainable and authentic life. Dr. Russell integrates evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions while tailoring treatment to each client's goals, strengths, and lived experiences. Above all, she emphasizes a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on warmth, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard.
Dr. Russell provides virtual therapy for clients throughout Colorado and participating PSYPACT states. She is currently accepting referrals for therapy and is not accepting referrals for psychological testing or assessment at this time.
